Breaking free!

„We live on a blue planet that circles around a ball of fire next to a moon that moves the sea and you don’t believe in miracles?“

I love this quote. It makes me realize that we have been given this wonderful gift called life in a world full of miracles. But more importantly, we have been given the freedom to design a life according to our dreams on this wonderful planet.

This hasn’t been what I used to believe. It took a while to see life this way. It took a while to break free

In my first blog post, I encouraged you to start somewhere. It’s about taking the first steps. Once you’re on that journey, it requires a bit more. In order to level up your life, you have to let go of what you’re used to, the mediocre life..

So are you ready to chase your dreams no matter what?

To some of you, the answer to this question might be clear, to others it might not. While reading all these books about life, personal development, freedom, financially and personally, I keep wondering why there are still so many people out there preventing themselves from living a life true to themselves when there are so many opportunities out there.

It takes one decision to BREAK FREE…

So many of us invest everything they’ve got in believing that they’re not good enough (I did this as well) instead of believing that you can reach everything you want.

We tend to blame others or the things that happen to us, but in the end, I must say… It’s all on us! We decide how to deal with life.

As long as we don’t realize that we have the power to live a life on our terms and create the impossible, we will always lack and disbelief.

What I learned on my journey from a life that was not serving me as an employee to running my own business is that as long as we have faith, we can become whoever we want to be.

Your faith can move mountains.

Why? Because we are the ones creating these mountains of fears, shame, and pain. So who else if not ourselves can move them!

We give up being the master of our lives. Giving up on this power is what creates the challenges we are facing.

We punish ourselves because of every defeat instead of accepting and embracing these challenges what they are – the chance to grow!

The biggest challenges keep the biggest growth. This is how we get back on our path because the biggest challenges are the ones we remember the most and as well the lessons learned.

You break free when you break the patterns you’re used to. Redefine in your life what doesn’t feel aligned with who you truly are.

When you start to deal with your challenges in a more positive way and aligned with your true self, life won’t feel so hard anymore and it will make a positive difference in your life.

Against all doubts, opinion, labels of others – I quit and I started my coaching career to give something back, change lives and make a positive difference in people’s lives and this leads to a more positive impact on the world. I had no guarantee that things will work out, but as Steve Jobs said

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do”.

So here I am now writing another blog post thinking I can change the world and I won’t give up until I do! Facing every challenge that is needed to stay on the right track and reach my goal.

I still fear the judgment of others or people laughing at me because I believe that I can be a light for others. Anyway, I try to break those patterns and I’ll do it knowing that I could get hurt. But then I think, I decide when I get hurt and when not. I won’t let myself disempower by the opinion of others.

I learned and still do to care less and not pay attention to those who are judging me and others but not doing anything at all.

There’s a point when it’s not about me anymore, but about the ones who are watching us because they get inspired by our uniqueness.

You could be a light for someone with your story if you would just go for it and speak up.

Be willing to let go of the old and what others might think. Don’t let others kill your dreams.

Be proud of who you are and every little step you take towards the vision for yourself.

Sometimes the sky might turn grey, your path might feel like you climb an uphill battle, sometimes you need to work around the original “plan”… it’s all part of the journey and contributes to where you’re going, as long as you’re not breaking.

The best views come after the hardest climb!

So even if letting go and breaking free can feel hard sometimes, it’s necessary to make space for the new.

Somehow we tend to expect the worst when life doesn’t turn out the way we planned it – have you ever thought that it might also turn out for the better?

Remember that there will always be people out there that might push you down or might not believe in you – others want to protect you – show them, but most of all show YOU that you can do it, no matter what others say or think.

I never planned to go out writing a blog or speak in front of an audience. I was told in school I’m not good enough in writing and speaking. Somehow my life turned out that these are the things I’m passionate about and I went for it! No matter what others said.

I started this blog post with a quote about this wonderful world with all its miracles.

Now it’s time for you to get out there and create your own wonders of your life.

If you wish to change your life tomorrow, you have to start doing it today.

You are the master of your life! Believe it and do it with all your heart.

With love,
S
